How to make a purchase

Summary
You do not need to login or have an account with WIGS.co.za to make a purchase. We will never store your Credit Card details on our site because we do all Credit Card Payments through Virtual Credit Card Services (VCS) a company that specializes in online Credit Card transactions and has a team of Internet security specialist dedicated to keeping all transactions safe and secure.

How to make a purchase:
You can add products to your cart at any stage, so while you are browsing our catalog and you see something you like you simply add it to your cart.

Step 1
Find a product you would like to buy. Click on the product image to bring up a page with all of the products information.

Step 2
Once you have clicked on the product and it opens you will notice that there are 2 buttons at the bottom of the product, an Add to Cart button and a Send to a Friend button. Press the Add to Cart button to add the item to your cart. You can add as many different products as you like to your cart.

Step 3
When you are ready to checkout look for the button on the top left of the screen called Check Out click it and it will take you to a page asking you to fill in your name and invoice / delivery address.

Step 4
Fill in all your details, if you select the 'remember me' box at the bottom a cookie with your details will be stored on your computer, so the next time you checkout all your details will be already filled in for you. Make sure you select the "I agree to the terms and conditions" checkbox and click next to proceed to the next page.

Step 5
Once you click next you will be asked how you would like to pay for your purchase. There are two options available at the moment Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or Credit Card payment.

EFT is a standard electronic bank deposit made by you into our account; if you select this option you fill find our banking details on your receipt when you click next or on the order acceptance form we will email to you. Please quote the last 5 digits of the order number as well as your surname as a reference when making the deposit so we can track your payment and expedite delivery.

Credit Card Payment
If you choose to make a credit card payment we will automatically transfer you to a secure website called Virtual Card Services (VCS). You will be asked for your name and credit card details, once you have filled in everything correctly please click next and the following page will ask you to confirm that these details are correct. Once the payment has gone through you should automatically be redirected back to the wigs.co.za home page.

Once you have completed either of these two payment options and your transaction has been successful you will be taken to a receipt page that will have all of our contact details and copy of your purchase along with our banking details on it - please print or copy this page for your records.

Step 6
You will receive an email from us shortly after completing the form to inform you that we have received your order and are processing it. Please note no items will be shipped until payment has been confirmed.
