Our Wigs Returns Policy

All returns have to be preauthorised before they can be returned to our offices. Please make contact with a member of our team to discuss your reason for return. We will authorise the return only after we have evaluated the reason for the return. We might contact you if we need more information. 

If we have made an error and shipped the wrong product or if the item is damaged we will gladly sort out the problem. Please contact us immediately so we can sort out the problem soonest. Please not you have 14 working days to notify us of a problem. If the error is ours the shipping is free to collect and return the goods to you.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it within 14 working days of receiving it. Exchanges are processed within three business days of receipt. If we don't have stock of the item you request we will order it in for you and let you know when it is expected. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us as well as for the cost of sending the new items to you. The new items will not be shipped until the postage has been paid.

No exchange will be considered unless the original tags and packaging are undamaged and are returned with the goods. When trying on a wig please wear a wig cap at all times to protect your natural hair and the condition of the wig.

All items on SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.

If we receive non qualifying exchanges we you will be charged R 250.00 handling fee to send the items back to you.

We unfortunately cannot entertain refunds.

Be sure to understand the above criteria prior to sending your package to us there are no exceptions.

Remittance Terms 

Orders can be paid by Credit Card, Bank Deposit or Electronic Funds Transfer. All payments are subject to a clearance period, the clearance period is dependent on the banks concerned. If you wish to make use of alternate payment methods please contact us so we can make the necessary arrangements with you. Contact info@wigs.co.za to arrange this. Your order will only be dispatched after the funds have cleared. 

You agree to accept your tax invoices and other tax documents in electronic form, whether it is emailed or available for download on our website.

Please include the last 5 digits of the order number as the reference number on the deposit if paying by any means other than the online credit card option. If paying by any means other than credit card please fax or email proof of payment.

All goods remain the property of WIGS.co.za until paid for in full.
