WIGS.co.za is owned and managed by Ember Toavun (Pty) Ltd t/a Fascinations Hair. (1971/008605/07). Your use of the WIGS.co.za web site (the "Site") is governed by these terms and conditions. By using this Site and by doing business with WIGS.co.za, including, but not limited to, e-mail, fax and telephone orders, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
It is in your interests to read these Terms and Conditions and make sure that you understand them, so please read the following information carefully. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, do not use this Site or submit any orders for products or services from WIGS.co.za. Submitting an order or using this Site in anyway constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Please note these Terms and Conditions may be changed from time to time by WIGS.co.za. It is your responsibility as a user to periodically return to this page and review the Terms and Conditions. Amendments made to these Terms and Conditions will take effect on the day that they are posted on the Site. You agree to indemnify and hold WIGS.co.za and its employees as well as its officers, subsidiaries, affiliates, co-branders, suppliers, agents and any other partners harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees due to or arising out of the use of the Site or doing Business with WIGS.co.za.
While every effort is made to have the most up to date information available on the website this is not always possible. Prices, products and availability are therefore subject to change without notice.
All transactions between you and WIGS.co.za as well as any disputes related to any interaction between you and WIGS.co.za are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa without regard to the laws regarding conflicts of law.
The maximum liability that WIGS.co.za shall be limited to is an amount not exceeding the purchase price of the product in question. Any claims against or disputes with WIGS.co.za shall be submitted to arbitration in Cape Town, South Africa. Arbitration shall be confidential and the prevailing rules of the South African Legal system shall apply. In any arbitration, the parties shall be responsible for their own costs, expenses and attorney's fees. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
To the fullest extent permitted by the applicable laws, no arbitration under this agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
In the event that this arbitration provision is unenforceable, any litigation regarding this agreement or any transaction between you and WIGS.co.za shall be brought in the Magistrates Court, Wynberg district located in Cape Town, Western Cape Province, South Africa. The customer hereby agrees and submits to such jurisdiction and venue as exclusive and proper.
If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
The content, trademarks and data on the WIGS.co.za website, including but not limited to, text, graphics, icons, hyperlinks, software, databases, private information, designs, images and agreements are the property of WIGS.co.za and / or its suppliers and / or its subsidiaries and are protected by local and international legislation and treaties. Our employees are not authorized to vary these Terms and Conditions verbally or in writing and the Terms and Conditions on the site at the time of your order being placed are the Terms and Conditions you are agreeing to.
Making a purchase on our wigs website
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Site and add any items that you wish to purchase into the shopping cart. You can add as many items as you like to the shopping cart.
Once you have made your selection, click on 'Checkout'. You will then be asked for a few details that we need in order to complete your purchase.
When you receive a confirmation e-mail from us that an order has been placed on our Site it is to indicate that we have received your order and / or payment, it does not however indicate that a sale / contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a sale / contract between us when we send you an invoice.
If you pay by credit card your Credit Card statement will reflect a debit by "PAYFAST*FASCINATIONS".
WIGS.co.za makes every effort to ensure that the content and data displayed on our website is 100% accurate but errors may still occur. If an item has been incorrectly priced and the customer is unwilling to pay the correct price then we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the customer the full amount paid by them.
Shipping And Handling
WIGS.co.za ships to all South African destinations. We will process your order as soon as we receive confirmation that your payment has been cleared.
All items on our website are shipped from our Cape Town offices.
If we have the item in stock your order should take between 3 and 5 working days to be delivered after payment has been confirmed.
We do our best to keep the most popular styles and colours in stock but are unfortunately unable to carry stock of all the items that we sell. Some items need to be ordered from overseas.
If you are purchasing an item that needs to be ordered in from our overseas suppliers then the delivery date will be extended by 14 to 21 working days. We will let you know if the item is out of stock with our overseas suppliers and suggest an alternative style.
Because delivery dates and times are dependent upon factors outside of our direct control we are unable to guarantee them; however every effort is made to have the goods delivered within the time frames stated. Should there be a delivery problem we will contact you via email and keep you informed of the expected time of arrival (ETA) wherever possible.
We will deliver your order as soon as payment has been confirmed. If we have the item in stock it will take between 3 and 5 working days to be delivered to you. If you are ordering an item that we need to order in from our overseas suppliers we will order the items requested immediately to speed up the process but we will only send them to you once your payment has been confirmed.
In the case of goods delivered by our couriers, a signed waybill / delivery note will constitute your acceptance of the goods and all risks of ownership will pass to you from that moment on.
Please make sure that the delivery address that you provide to us is correct. WIGS.co.za cannot be held responsible for delays or losses of any sort where we deliver to an address provided in error. WIGS.co.za will not incur any forwarding costs on deliveries.
In the case of goods collected at our offices, an invoice / delivery note signed by you or your representative will constitute your acceptance of the goods and all risks of ownership will pass to you from that moment on.
WIGS.co.za shall not be responsible or held liable for damages or delays resulting from Acts of God, war, riot, seizure, terrorist activities, embargo or other acts or events outside of the reasonable control of WIGS.co.za.
When you receive your order you need to make sure the package is sealed and has not been tampered with. If it has been tampered with, do not accept it from the courier. Check the contents of the package against the Invoice and if there is a discrepancy contact WIGS.CO.ZA immediately using the email address email@example.com or on telephone number: +27 (21) 511 5868 or via Whatsapp: +27 60 041 9339.
We will not entertain queries on incorrect delivered products or damaged product unless we are notified within 5 working days of you receiving the goods.
Although we carry a large range of products in our Cape Town warehouse we are unfortunately not able to carry all the styles and colours that are available.
If we do not have the item in stock that you have ordered we will place a backorder for it with our overseas suppliers. Orders from our overseas suppliers generally take between 14 and 21 working days to arrive in our Cape Town warehouse.
If the item you have ordered is placed on backorder, we will notify you via email of the delay and you can decide whether to wait for that particular item or whether you would like to choose another item. Should the backordered item be part of a larger order we will ship all the items at the same time

Value Added Tax (VAT) at a rate of 15% has been included on all prices shown on the site.
Credit Card Security
When an order is placed on our Site we process the credit card payment through PayFast (www.payfast.co.za). Credit Card details are encrypted and are not transferred in plain text and are not stored by WIGS.co.za in any way. You can read up on the PayFast security process on their website. If you pay by credit card your Credit Card statement will reflect a debit by "Payfast*Fascinations".
Whatever warranties are provided for by the manufacturer are passed onto you. WIGS.co.za does not provide any additional or independent warranties or guarantees on the goods we sell. This disclaimer by WIGS.co.za in no way affects the terms of any applicable manufacturer's warranties or guarantees.
WIGS.co.za disclaims all further warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose to the full extent permissible by applicable laws. WIGS.co.za shall under no circumstances be liable for special, incidental, consequential (including lost profits or opportunities) or punitive damages, even if it has been advised of the possibility of such damages
WIGS.co.za makes no warranties or guaranties as to the suitability, performance, truth, quality, accuracy or completeness of any of the content on the Site. Content may be made available for downloading that has been submitted by a third-party on the Site, any questions regarding this content must be directed to the providers of the content. WIGS.co.za and its suppliers can't be held liable for the accuracy and completeness of the Sites information and content.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we have established suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
All returns have to be preauthorised before they can be returned to our offices. Please make contact with a member of our team to discuss your reason for return. We will authorise the return only after we have evaluated the reason for the return. We might contact you if we need more information.
If we have made an error and shipped the wrong product or if the item is damaged we will gladly sort out the problem. Please contact us immediately so we can sort out the problem soonest. Please not you have 14 working days to notify us of a problem. If the error is ours the shipping is free to collect and return the goods to you.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it within 14 working days of receiving it. Exchanges are processed within three business days of receipt. If we don't have stock of the item you request we will order it in for you and let you know when it is expected. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us as well as for the cost of sending the new items to you. The new items will not be shipped until the postage has been paid.
No exchange will be considered unless the original tags and packaging are undamaged and are returned with the goods. When trying on a wig please wear a wig cap at all times to protect your natural hair and the condition of the wig.
All items on SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.
If we receive non qualifying exchanges we you will be charged R 250.00 handling fee to send the items back to you.
We unfortunately cannot entertain refunds.
Be sure to understand the above criteria prior to sending your package to us there are no exceptions.
Orders can be paid by Credit Card, Bank Deposit or Electronic Funds Transfer. All payments are subject to a clearance period, the clearance period is dependent on the banks concerned. If you wish to make use of alternate payment methods please contact us so we can make the necessary arrangements with you. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange this. Your order will only be dispatched after the funds have cleared.
You agree to accept your tax invoices and other tax documents in electronic form, whether it is emailed or available for download on our website.
Please include the last 5 digits of the order number as the reference number on the deposit if paying by any means other than the online credit card option. If paying by any means other than credit card please fax or email proof of payment.
All goods remain the property of WIGS.co.za until paid for in full.
